KEY INGREDIENTS

2% Salicylic Acid – A lipid and oil soluble beta hydroxy acid that is an exceedingly efficient keratolytic agent that gently exfoliates by dissolving the top layer of the corneum cells while also clearing skin impactions and helping to reduce oil content. It is a natural anti-bacterial and antimicrobial agent that has the unique ability to exfoliate inside the clogged pore as well as outside, making this an ideal acne fighting ingredient.

8% Glycolic Acid – An effective alpha hydroxyl acid (AHA), generally found in sugar cane, sugar beets and unripe grapes that improves hydration by enhancing moisture intake. It does this by reacting with the upper layer of the epidermis, dissolving the bonds that hold dead skin cells together allowing essential moisture to penetrate the skin. It also helps to increase cellular turnover, refine skin texture, and assist in skin lightening, while also providing better penetration for other products due to its small molecular structure.

Chamomile Flower Extract – Provides antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties. It is also non-comedogenic and hypoallergenic.

Hyaluronic Acid – Increases moisture retention, providing a more hydrated and supple skin texture. Hyaluronic Acid holds more hydration to the skin than any other natural substance.

Glycosaminoglycans (GAG’s) – Complex and fundamental proteins that help bind water and other vital cellular elements to connective tissue within the skin forming a matrix that holds skin cells together. GAG’s promotes wound healing, speeds up cell regeneration, and has a keratolytic or skin-softening effect.
