This very feeling of childhood wonder is captured in the newest Hummel figurine: “St. Nicholas Was Here”. Two charming milk children peek into their shoes, discovering little treasures left by St. Nicholas himself. This year, the gifts include a teddy bear and a Kasperle puppet—who knows what other surprises might still be hiding deep inside the shoe?

Standing at 7.7 inches (19.5 cm), this figure is one of the larger pieces created in the Hummel Manufactory in Rödental in recent years. As always, it is modeled after the original drawings of Sister Maria Innocentia Hummel and sculpted with great care by master modeler Helmut Fischer. Handcrafted from fine porcelain, every detail reflects the warmth, innocence, and nostalgia that has made Hummel figurines beloved across the world.
