That\'s why we made a gluten-free sourdough that\'s good enough to be enjoyed by celiacs and gluten-eaters alike, and is free of dairy, nuts, eggs, and soy. Luce\'s Bakehouse makes real, good, bread with real ingredients. We only use organic, whole grains, in every loaf! Luce’s sourdough is truly one of the best breads without gluten - organic, flavorful, and baked for everyone to enjoy.

Storage / Freezing:

Your can store your bread at room temperature in the original bag for about a week. If you find that your bread feels dryer or stale after a few days, you can easily refresh it by toasting a slice, or wrapping the loaf in a moist towel and warming in the oven for a few minutes. 

Any bread that you won\'t eat within a week or so can be frozen and defrosted to preserve the best texture and taste. Freeze a whole loaf or slice it and then freeze in a freezer-safe bag. 

Shipping Details:

This 3-pack of our gluten-free sourdough will be shipped on Tuesday. If your order is placed on or after Tuesday this week, it will ship Tuesday of the next week. Unless you live in one of the following states, orders will require a 2-Day shipping option.
