Pasolivo\'s Citrus Olive Oil is a wonderful combination of lemon, lime and tangerine oils that are brightly flavored with fruity zest and sharp tang. Each harvest, we combine Pasolivo Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil (our most mild extra virgin blend) with the oil from the zest of these three fruits to create our Citrus Olive Oil. It is a flavor like no other. We hand-blend this oil in small batches to ensure the flavors complement each other. All of our flavored olive oils feature natural ingredients with no artificial flavorings or preservatives. This brightly flavored oil is perfect for salad dressings, brownies, vegetables or stir fry.
