At their historic I Tattoli estate, Cristina Bini Smaghi honors centuries of tradition while embracing innovation and sustainability—resulting in an oil of remarkable integrity and character.
Each October, olives are harvested at peak ripeness and pressed within three hours in an oxygen-free environment to preserve freshness and vibrant polyphenols. The oil is rigorously tested and bottled to order, ensuring that what reaches your table is nothing short of exceptional.
2025 Harvest Notes
This refined, medium-intensity blend of Leccio del Corno, Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Pendolino olives opens with the lively aroma of misticanza—wild chicories and fresh herbs. On the palate, expect elegant layers of artichoke, thistle, and green almond, finishing with a bright, peppery lift.
