多元料理好安心生飲涼拌最適宜精選通過農藥殘留檢測的茶葉籽果實，壓榨出淡淡暗紅的茶籽油，有著茶葉般的濃郁香味。有不遜於花生及芝麻的香氣和滑順的口感。適合熱拌、涼拌、藥膳。拌幾匙就香氣四溢、開胃無比。讓忙碌的現代人，煮的輕鬆，吃的健康。

積極復育本土茶樹林近年來，台灣的茶籽經濟效益不彰，因此遭到大量砍伐。製作茶籽油的金椿董事長陳福康認為：「台灣的茶油需求量大，要是可以種植茶樹自給自足，就不用倚賴進口了。」於是金椿除了自家開園種植外，同時四處收購台灣當地的茶籽，並帶動苗栗當地農民投入轉種茶樹。即使因本土產量不夠，需要從對岸進口茶籽，金椿也做了妥善完備的把關。陳福康父子親自到產地控管茶籽的品質，並在當地設立檢驗中心，即時做檢驗。茶籽進到台灣後，再做二次檢驗，這是金椿重要的堅持，也是茶油保持品質最重要的關鍵。

保存方法：● 使用後應將瓶塞鎖緊，避免與空氣接觸，以免變質。● 避免陽光直射或爐邊，較容易變質。
