With passion and tenacity, Paolo, Simone, and their sister Beatrice were able to turn their parent’s business into a state-of-the-art production reality, always looking towards perfection.
The olive grove comprises 30 hectares with about 10,000 plants at an altitude between 10 and 150 meters above sea level. The area enjoys a mild microclimate, and the absence of excessive temperature changes favors the cultivation of the olive tree, both from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
The state-of-the-art olive oil mill allows Fonte di Foiano to cold press the olives. The entire processing cycle is strictly monitored. Storage and bottling are carried out in controlled temperature rooms, and inert gas helps protect the product’s organoleptic and chemical features.
We only produce extra virgin olive oils of extraordinary quality, award-winning by the best worldwide tasting panels and by the most important guides to Extra Virgin olive oil.

All olives are picked early and are processed within hours in the latest technology estate mill by master millers. They sacrifice quantity (yield) to preserve freshness and antioxidants to produce a nutraceutical extra virgin olive oil.
