Grown exclusively for Flamingo Estate by fourth-generation farmer Philip Asquith in Ojai, California, this Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from centuries-old trees rooted in European heritage. Phil’s family collected cuttings from legendary groves in Tuscany, Provence, and Sicily, bringing rare varieties like Columella, Nocellara del Belice, Cailletier, and Lechin de Sevilla to California soil. The result is a rich, nuanced olive oil unlike anything else in the U.S., deeply flavorful, storied, and made with care from grove to bottle.
