It has notable aromas of green grass and tomato vine with fruity notes of banana balanced with spicy hits of black pepper, mint, and oregano. It\'s robust flavor delivers a harmonious vegetal notes with an almond finish. It pairs well with garden tomato salads, aged cheeses, fried eggs, pastas, and grilled breads. Suitable for cooking and finishing dishes.
