An oil that is 100% Italian with an intense and \"fresh\" taste that may \"tingle\" slightly in the throat because it is made with olives that are slightly more unripe. This is also thanks to the favorable position of the olive groves, located at 400 m above sea level.

The olives used are a mix of Taggiasche, Pignola, Merlina, Colombara, Leccina, Frantoiana varieties, all strictly organic.

Ruxià is available in different sizes, from 250 ml, 500 ml, 750 ml, 3L, and 5L, to meet every need.
