Texas Tundra : With piquant smoke flavor and a savory backdrop, this mix brings easy mystique to you dishes. This is going to add a baritone level of flavor, and not steal the show from the main ingredients. 

Alderwood Smoked Salt: A knockout combo of smoke and salt, perfect for getting that grill/smoker flavor without the effort. 

Calypso\'s Coast: An otherworldly swirl of puckery mango with a mild smoky punch. This mix is a show stopper. We specialize in experimentation, and this is the most experimental of our blends. It\'s a bit unusual, guaranteed to get a surprised reaction from those you cook for. 

Tiger\'s Tongue: An approachable entrance to Korean fare, we utilize the Gochugaru pepper to get a sweet heat, backstopped by other tasteful secondary notes. For this puppy, its best if applied throughout cooking - as the gochugaru pepper is sensitive to heat.
