There are several ways to use Bay Essential Oil as part of everyday aromatic routines.
Add a few drops of Bay Essential Oil to water in a diffuser to gently release its fresh, spicy aroma into the room.
Always dilute Bay Essential Oil with a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin. A typical dilution rate is 1 to 2%, which is around 1 to 2 drops per 10 ml of carrier oil. Carry out a patch test before use and use sparingly.
Add a small amount of properly diluted Bay Essential Oil to warm bath water to create a lightly spiced aromatic atmosphere.
Blend Bay Essential Oil with a carrier oil at an appropriate dilution and use as part of a massage routine.
General use usually requires a 1 to 2% dilution.
