This original design is inspired by the July birth month flower & fruit — the larkspur flower and sweet strawberries — brought together in a folksy, uplifting design. A hummingbird hovers mid-sip accented by the phrase “one day at a time.” While the illustration nods to July’s birth symbols, its message of presence and resilience makes it a thoughtful everyday piece, perfect for anyone who needs a little encouragement or inspiration.
Each shirt is hand-printed by me in a 3-color design on thrifted, one-of-a-kind apparel, so no two are the same. I upcycle each piece with care, giving new life to secondhand clothing and keeping textiles out of landfills.
