I sipped a drink called The Countess as the evening Magic Hour arrived, the sky grew bright pink & the sunset lasted for what felt like hours.Thousands of feet below were the beaches of the Amalfi Coast, the perch from Ravello felt royal, as music filled the air and I turned to see a woman in a sequined dress and stiletto heels ride away on the back of a motorcycle, her laughter filled the night and sparkled like stars.

This passion fruit blend is the color of love and the sky in Ravello, it is also the color of The Countess cocktail  I sipped as awe filled my eyes with landscapes of sharp cliffsides dripping in wine grapes and bougainvillea vines.
