Please note: When removing an old Maxxair unit, the original flange/mounting rim may have become slightly distorted due to long-term environmental exposure. In some cases, the ProBreeze may require gentle adjustment or “wiggling” to fit snugly into the existing cutout.

When installing on a new campervan or RV with roof ribs, you might consider a roof gasket/roof vent adapter for proper sealing. This fan has a 1-1/16 \" to 3-1/8\" (27–80 mm) ceiling thickness range, so the adapter thickness should also be factored in.
