HOW IT\'S MADE

Produced on an olive farm located between the sea and Italian mountains, Tenuta Sant\'Ilario manages the whole production line from olive growing, production, processing and packing of their olive oils. The olives are harvested by hand, using traditional techniques and then processed with some mechanical aids.
