Our Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies with Brimstone Whiskey from Balcones Distillery. This is a cookie like no other. The whiskey provides aromas of a barbecue pit, corn husk, smoked butter and chili pepper and graham crackers. The aroma is amazing. When you bite into the cookie you will taste the candied oak smoke, the English pipe tobacco, orange marmalade and just a hint of chili. For a little extra fun and flavor, we added some dried cherries for just a slight visual hint of fire to go along with the smoke.
